Hey Audrey, Matt or Mr. E (whichever one of you handles the billing side of stuff),

I've got a question with regard to the billing options and also username/pwd combos.

I prefer the 180 day membership due to the better price and it lets me plan things out better. However, is there anyway to allow it to be recurring? As of now only the 30-day has a recurring option, any chance we can get the 180 to be recurring too? Or, if not, is there a way I can end up keeping the same logon/password combo? Under the current setup, I can't "renew" the same subscription, so I have to go and re-program all of my saved passwords for the site since I'm essentially a "new customer" all over again.

My membership ends today. Any reply I get would be helpful (I'd really LOVE to avoid resetting all my password settings in my browser).

Of course, letting us personalize our username/pwds would work too

Sorry we don't offer the 180 days recurring at the moment.

We prefer to not allow personalised passwords because they get us much more hacking problems.
